- We offer returns/exchanges on full priced items for store credit. Please contacts us first at email@example.com to organise your return/exchange
- Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition with tags attached, free from makeup + fake tan, unworn + unwashed and free from deodorant/perfume scent
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to organise returns/exchanges
- Customers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping when returning/exchanging an item. Returned packages must have a tracking number.
- L.E holds the right to refuse exchange for damaged or soiled goods
- If your item is Incorrect or faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue for you. Items must be in original condition and tags attached.
