• L.E does not issue refunds, and we do not accept returns for change of mind
• We offer returns/exchanges on full priced items for store credit. Please contacts us first at l.e.thelabel@outlook.com to organise your return/exchange
• Returned/exchanged items must be in original condition with tags attached, free from makeup + fake tan, unworn + unwashed and free from deodorant/perfume scent
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to organise returns/exchanges
• Customers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping when returning/exchanging an item. Returned packages must have a tracking number.
• L.E holds the right to refuse exchange for damaged or soiled goods
