Q: Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Please allow up to 3 business days for international orders to be processed and passed onto DHL. Please note that you may be charged duties and customs upon parcel entry into the country. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the exact charged that could be incurred.
Q: How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders over $150. Domestic orders under $150 we have a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping, and $15 for express. For international orders we have a flat rate of $30, and offer free international shipping for orders over $300.
Q: How should I wash my items?
All items are pre-shrunk. Please refer to the care labels on each item for the correct washing instructions.

Our items are manufactured in Guangzhou, China, ethically and with love from an amazing team. For more information on this please refer to our website “about’ section
Q: Do you accept returns / exchanges?
At L.E we offer returns on all full priced items for a store credit. To return / exchange an item please contact us at email@example.com.If you are wanting to exchange an item, please e-mail us first so we can let you know stock availability and hold pieces for you. L.E does not issue refunds, and we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Q: Can I modify an order after I've placed it?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP after your orders is placed and we will do our best to change or resolve any issues. However we cannot guarantee an order can be modified, so please ensure details are correct.
Q: Will items be restocked?
At L.E we aim to be as ethical and sustainable as we can. Therefore we produce slowly and in small quantities. An item will only be restocked if it is high in demand. So keep an eye out!
Q: What currency is the website in?
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
Q: When will my order ship?
We aim to ship all items within 42hours of order placement. For international purchases, please allow an additional 24 hours.
Q: I received a faulty or incorrect item. What do I do?
If your item is incorrect or faulty, please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you. please note that we can only accept returns if the item is in original condition, with tags still attached,
Q: How do I know what size I should order?
At L.E most items have a relaxed fit so you can get away with general sizing. We also provide an Australian standard measurement guide which our items are based off. If you have a specific fitting question get in contact with us and we will be happy to assist with sizing recommendations.
